  • This hike is fun but much more tough than I was expecting it to be! It has a lot of false peaks which is very deceptive to a first timer like myself. There were multiple times where I thought we reached the top only to find out we weren't even close. Though this hike is super short (approx 1.3 miles each way) it's definitely difficult. Steep all the way up and I rolled my ankle near the bottom on the way down because the ground is so rocky and uneven. However, it's still definitely worth the hike for the views at the top. The panorama of the entire city of Phoenix is just beautiful!
