  • Is Zero stars an option?!?!? WE HATE COX CABLE. They're good at one thing, messing up our bill! They tack on ridiculous fees that are never agreed upon and are incapable of reaching a resolution. Cox should be reported to the better business bureau for their incompetence and fraudulent charges. What a waste of my time and money.
