I can't believe I never reviewed this fabulous restaurant. May the "reviewer God" forgive me.
A few nights ago, I was treated to dinner by a good friend. We arrived at
7 pm and was seated on the lovely patio. The weather was perfect and there was no noise to contend with.
My friend had a glass of wine, I abstained. A glass filled with a few raw veggies was placed on the table as we reviewed the menu. My friend stated that she always eats the rib-eye. I asked if it was large enough to share. Boy was it! We ate well at the restaurant and still had enough for two more meals.
The rib-eye was medium rare and was seasoned perfectly. My dining pal allowed me to chew on the bone, which is my favorite "steak related"
activity. The meat was juicy and so flavorful. We each had some salad and hash browns. The dressing was homemade French Roquefort and it was the perfect compliment to the mixed salad. The hash browns were expertly crisped and very tasty.
Both the experience and the food were excellent. I think our waitress was in training, but she hit the mark at every turn often stepping in just as she was needed. It was a lovely evening all around.
