I ate at Toby's in January 2015 with a group of co-workers and we all enjoyed our experience.
Toby's is located on the second floor the Harrah's hotel. Next door to the restaurant is the Toby Keith's gift shop.
It has a great cowboy/country decor, and the staff are all very friendly. The waitress all wear very skimpy attire.
The menu selection is large, with a good variety of food.
I ordered the Fajitas. I thought the portion size was small based on the cost. The chicken did taste very good. The rice and beans came in a little plastic cup and the portion was extremely small. The drinks come in mason jars and cost around $20 each (no you don't get to keep the glass). a little pricey.
It's a loud environment, and gets very loud when the band starts playing. There is a dance floor and a lot of people were up dancing.
This is a great restaurant to drink and listen to great music, but I think the food takes a back seat to the live entertainment and bar.
Despite that I had a great time, and look forward to returning here again.
