  • I scheduled an appt for 11am and it was changed a day before by someone other than myself to 6pm without a discussion, confirmation, a phone call, a text message to see if it was ok. Let me know if you've had a stylist just change your appt 7hrs later than you originally scheduled your appt. without seeing if it was ok with you. Is that normal? I found it to be unprofessional, especially after I called and left two msgs to discuss the change in hopes of keeping it professional. After thinking, I decided I would rather give my money to someone more respectful. Needless to say, I won't be back.
