I used to love this place. It's right by my house, and everyone was always nice. I haven't gone in about 6 months, and it appears that along with their ever changing staff, their customer service approach has changed as well.
I've never had a massage place ask me to pay in advance for my massage. Well, yesterday they did. Thanks for making me feel like a criminal or something. It made me feel like she thought I was going to skip out on paying. Even though I'd already paid for most of the service IN ADVANCE with a $100 gift card. Even more insulting, a couple who came out AFTER their massage were paying next to me. So, I'm not sure if it was personal or if it was because I was the only person of color there. Either way, I'll be looking for a new massage place. I don't deserve to be treated that way. No one does.
