  • Super unprofessional! My husband purchased a gift card for services ($100) so I booked an appt for 1 pm today. I am normally very punctual but I was 5 minutes late because I couldn't find it. So I was told they wouldn't do my hair because there wasn't time. Really??!! Who can't do a highlight & cut on super short hair in even an hour and a half, let alone almost 2 hours? I got the money back and will never darken their hard-to-find door again.
