  • We just recently moved into the neighborhood so we figured we'd try Joes with all the great things we've heard! To our surprise it was horrible! Our daughter has special needs and will only eat certain things so I asked if they could do a peanut butter sandwich and I was told they could not. I asked if I could have a piece of bread and a side of peanut butter and they said all they have was toast so I said that was fine. When I went to the window to pick up our food the toast was no where in sight and it took an extra 10 minutes just for ONE piece of toast! When I asked for the side of peanut butter it took 5 people to go back and ask the manager because they said that they didn't think they could give me a tablespoon of peanut butter for the toast I ordered!!! That took and extra ten minutes! On top of that my other daughter ordered a milk shake to split and the lady only made half the milk shake! It was just a horrible experience, won't go back.
