  • I love living here. I've been living here a little over a year. It's a great area in Summerlin to live in. But I'm giving it two stars because management is always changing. Also, we make complaints and management doesn't bother in doing anything to fix the problem. We have residents who take parking spots closer to their door and are not parking in their assigned spot. It's inconvenient for residents who have more than one vehicle to find parking. Also, our neighbor blasts his music until 3am and no matter how many times we complain, no one seems to care. The kids in our building play in the middle of the street and don't seem to care if cars are passing through. One day, when a kid gets hit by a car is when management might pay attention. Also, they have no signs around the complex that should let people know where kids should play.
