  • Ok so my daughter and I came here for pedicures & manicures both with gel. I called ahead of time because we were wanting to get in & out and scheduled appointments for 4:15 on a Wednesday. So we arrived at 4:15 and not busy just a few customers maybe 4. We get seated in a chair and sat there for about 30 min. As new customers were coming in a waiting also. Someone comes to start on my daughters pedi and I'm still sitting there with my feet in cold water. So my daughter almost done & it seems they do things a little different here with the normal routine we are used to. Very little focus on the feet just the nails it self. They finally get to me and my daughter is about ready for her mani. There time management is horrible I have no idea how this establishment make money. We sat there for a total of 3 hours 2:45 mins to be exact. I only had a pedicure done. Really!!! My daughter was finally done they did ok work but I have to say who has 3 hours to sit in a nail salon. I've always had a mani & pedi with gel with wonderful results and 1.5 hours total. Needless to say I definitely won't be coming back. sorry
