  • I bought a few items from this store and had a few minor problems. They put me through a living hell to get a part that came damaged. Then, my GF wanted a table they had and I did not want to buy from this company again because their customer service was so bad. So, I saw the same table sold by them on Amazon. So, thinking that I had the backing of Amazon in case anything happened, I place my order. The deadline for delivery for this order came and went. I wrote them and called them and they won't give me my money back even though I NEVER received this table. I put in an A to Z claim on Amazon and they STILL won't give me a refund. They tried to change the delivery date but Amazon saw what they did. They shipped the table a DAY AFTER the deadline even though Amazon contacted them the day after the deadline.THEN they told me that when they get the table back (which I never received) they would issue a refund. Amazon it trying to deal with them but they won't budge. Seems Amazon is going to issue me a refund in a few weeks. This is one crooked outfit in my honest opinion. Customer service was useless. The woman I dealt with hung up on me. Then when I called a few days later, she told me she would have a manager call me. That never happened. They will not BUDGE and give me my money back for something I ordered 5 weeks ago and never received. STEER CLEAR of this pathetic outfit. On the previous order, the wall unit came and the box it came in was in perfect condition. BUT, when I opened the box, the rails of the drawers were all bent and a piece of wood was cracked in half. There was NO damage to the box so it was obvious that the repackaged a damaged item in a perfectly packed box. This company moves a lot of merchandise, but if you run into a problem, you WILL BE SORRY. My advice? DO NOT DO IT. Avoid the disaster that I am STILL going through with this outfit trying to get my money back for an item that I NEVER RECEIVED.
