  • The Gluch group helped us buy our very first home in Phoenix. We had our eye on a specific neighborhood that has very sales each year. When one finally came up John jumped on it for is and got is the property before other buyers could beat us to the punch. We were super excited and all seemed to be going well. About a week into the deal we hit a snag with the appraisal and it seemed like we might loose the house we had fallen in love with. This is when the experience these guys have really paid off. John and his team went above and beyond, jumping through hoop after hoop to save the deal. In the end we got a great deal on the house and LOVE living here! What I appreciated most was the empathy we got from John while things were hard. It really calmed our nerves knowing he had been there many times before. He really cared about how we felt and that made a huge difference. Great experience!
