  • As a frequent patron of the chandler location, I have to say this one falls a little short. Granted, we attended on the soft opening, but here are my observations. First, approached ticket desk when we walked in. Had already purchased tickets which is never an issue at Chandler. Told the guy at desk we purchased on app and he says he needs to see tickets. Ok. So why does the sign right here say "skip the line. Install our app"? When my boyfriend shows him the e-tickets he acts like he never asked to see them in the first place. Whatever. Sit down 20+ min before start of movie. Let me tell you the late policy today was not enforced. Also-our drink order was taken immediately (5stars) but once we placed order for popcorn (theater half empty) it took over 20 min to even have someone pick it up. In Chandler that happens as soon as you place your paper. Also took literally half hour each time to deliver our order. Just saying chandler is immediate. Please take my comments constructively. I want this to be my place because chandler is such a drive. At this point though I would continue driving there for their excellent service
