  • Replica (fake) Smok Alien Mod delivered and they would not honor a replacement. Checked the verification code on the Smok website and it failed. They called me to verify and they indeed admited it failed the Authenticity checker but made an excuse and never repsonded to my emails. If any of you went through this with Eightvape file a BBB and FTC claims. Also don't forget that your credit card should protect you against dishonest companies like this. Protect the Vape community from these who are selling you fake and potentially harmful products. This is a serious matter. Update: they ended up connecting to provided a refund for the device.
