rev:text	Giving a one because I can't give a 0, they tried to rip us off, over ordered flooring. 40% more than what was needed, then the sinks we costumed ordered took much longer than was told,very shady place First went in with measurements with from my contractor but welhouse wanted to come and measure, they measured and ordered for me then when my contractor went to pick up they added an extra charge for more carpet, my contractor had no idea I didn't order the amount that was given to him, then a week later I received a bill in the mail, although I had already paid in full. When the job was done I had over 40% more flooring that was needed and welhouse didn't want to take it back without charging me a restocking fee although it was there mistake, once they agreed to take the flooring back it took over 3 months for them to issue a refund, I had to call over and over to get a refund when the check did come it was not for the amount they owed me it was $40 short, I took what I could get. We also ordered custom counter tops sink combos for our bathrooms we were told only 2 weeks it took almost 3 months and then they were to be delivered which took a lot of arm pulling, once delivered the side splash was made sting we were told that the company they ordered from messed up the order and forgot to send and it would be another 2 weeks, I called the company myself to find out that the side splashes had been deluged to welhouse, I called welhouse again and was told that they had gotten forgotten in there warehouse and that I would need to come pick them up. I love the flooring we picked just the business it self was horrible.
