  • I found Rob Hess from his business page on Facebook. I called and left a message on Sunday to request his help to walk me through deciding what health insurance plan to choose since I recently moved to Arizona. He called me first thing on Monday the very next day and discussed my health care needs and sent me three quotes via email I could peruse. I set up a face to face meeting with him for two days later. Rob was very gracious and easy to talk to during my meeting with him. He went through and explained the best choices for me concerning medical care plans in detail, thoroughly answering all my questions. Rob presented advantages and disadvantages of one plan to another until I came to a decision on what plan to choose. He made the choosing of a new health care plan along with vision, dental, and accident coverage easy and painless. He also was able to do the application right there in his office and submit it electronically. Making a choice of a new health care plan upon moving to a new state can be intimidating and daunting by oneself. I was relieved to find that Rob Hess was able to help make this process easy. His office is easy to find and has great parking right next to the building so there is no stress on getting to your first meeting with him. Rob can also do the insurance process completely over the phone if you are unable to see him at his office. I would completely without a doubt recommend contacting Rob Hess for your insurance plan needs.
