  • Had to come here last minute for the new school year because we were added to the school last minute. The staff was helpful who attended to us while we picked out uniforms. However the front register service was very slow and unorganized. There was only one person working the single register; which consisted of a calculator and cash drawers. This contributed to the extremely slow check out process, and long line. Maybe if there was a manager as well as several clerks to at least fill out the order forms before we reached the counter the service would be smoother and faster; a suggestion I hope they take to heart. I understand this is their busy time of year, but it is also when they should be the most efficient and fast with their service; because this is why they are in business in the first place. None the less we will be ordering from them in the future as they are the only resource for uniforms for our school. But we will not be visiting the store again. We'll be ordering online and having them deliver to the school.
