The staff is rude and disorganized. They claim to be caring but when I called about a prescription refill the girl (whose tone was combative and unpleasant throughout) told me the doctor was on vacation and someone else was covering for her. She did not know who or when I could expect a reply to the pharmacies faxes from the last three days. When I asked her if she was telling me I was out of luck and would receive no help she put me on hold with no warning after I had been on hold for twenty minutes prior. My wife went to this place on Fire Mesa drive also and was diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy that causes extreme pain in her legs. She was referred to a vein/vascular clinic. When the doctor there saw her he said he didn't know why they had sent her tbere! She has also had rude treatment from the front desk staff as well as the people on the phone. She has also had a lot of trouble getting prescription refills and appointments. These people are in the wrong profession and are anything but caring!
