  • I received an blast about a promotion they we're having on injectables. The woman on the phone had no clue about thew promotion and my questions about the prices and syringes. She sad someone will call me back the next day. No one ever called. I called back the following week, left a message, never heard back. Then I called a 3rd time and spoke to another woman, who could not tell me the actual prices and what exactly is being promoted. We spoke for about 20 min with nothing actually being accomplished. She said the prices vary, I was very direct about what product I wanted and how much I needed. I wanted to at least make an appointment to come in, consultation and go from there. She said someone will call me back tomorrow to book me in. Again, no one called! I was beginning to doubt the fact this clinic actually exists. I have never experienced such bad customer service before. They will never build a decent clientele behaving like this. I would never trust these people with my face. Avoid at all costs.
