  • I took my car here today with a nail in the middle of the tire. After keeping my car for 3 hours, I was told that it couldn't be patched. The hole was too large and I would need a new tire. I decided to have it looked at by Discount Tire as a second opinion (and also closer to home) and not only were they able to patch it very easily, they did so free of charge and were very kind from the moment I walked in the door. This location is conveniently located in the same parking lot as the building I work in, but I would rather drive 25 minutes away to a place with integrity. Several co-workers have also had terrible experiences here. I DO NOT recommend this place for even the simplest of jobs. ** Side note, the mechanics at Discount said that from what they could see, it didn't look like Firestone even tried to patch my tire. They just wanted to sell a quick tire.
