  • Paid to have my vehicle washed and when they told me it was done it looked as though it never went through any water or soap. There were dead bugs still on the front of the car and front of the mirrors. They never wiped down the inside of the doors and never opened the back hatch to wipe down anything. They people are without a doubt the rudest I have ever encountered and when I asked to speak to a manager the response I received was "No English". My suggestion is to save your money and time and go somewhere else and until the upper management decides to do something with this facility I will never be back.
