  • I have been using this facility for three months now and it was a little unclear on how to set up online payments, so I decided to just go into the office and pay there. They have decent office hours so I thought it would not be a problem... So far, I have been proven wrong. Two out of the three months I've been renting a unit from them, the office has been closed when I try to stop in. In the middle of the day, the office would be closed with a sign promising me that would be back in a few hours. My experience has not been very convenient and I'm really hoping to be able to leave this facility in a few months. Otherwise, everything has been good which is why I'm comfortable giving them two stars.
