  • I had to review since there are so few current posts. I have been here for 1 year and I love it here. I find the staff very efficient and friendly. The maintenance staff always responds in a timely manner. In regards to one post that complained about hearing children all day, well there is a school right next door so there you go. Even though you can hear the laughter and fun the kids are having it is not like they are right outside your window. It is a distant sound. I love hearing children having fun! The neighbors are all responsible dog owners and wonderful people. We chat in the mornings and it has that wonderful neighborhood feel. I have renewed for another year. It is very quiet and peaceful. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and see the incredible sunsets that Arizona has to offer. Thank you Las Colinas for making my new residence a home.
