  • I went in this afternoon to purchase a bottle of wine. I had a photo of the bottle and proceeded to the area that sells french wine (the wine was from France) I approached an employee showed her the picture and asked if she could point me in the general direction to where the wine might be found. She replied that she was busy in a very rude tone and told me she would assist me in a couple of minuets. I proceeded to try to locate the wine but was unsuccessful. I then had noticed that she had disappeared. I walked around the store and spotted her. I approached her again this time asking her for her name. She replied "Melanie" and then she request why I asked. I told her that I was going to post a review on Yelp regarding the way she had treated me. She then went on to say that she was looking for me for the past 10 minuets. I had never left the French wine section and realized that she was only saying this to cover her end. I then approached another employee (young male asian gentlemen) and asked if I could speak with the manager. He replied that he needed to know the reason why... I realized at this point that I should just leave. Why would I need to tell him why??
