  • It has been absolutely hell trying to deal with this company. On July 4 (one month ago), I walked in and bought a car. They have called me non-stop every day asking for additional information to get the financing approved (even though I have had the car since July 4). I am so disheartened and frustrated with their shananigans (i.e., PURE BULL) that I told them I wanted to give the car back, at which time the girl on the phone became extremely rude and threatened legal action if I did not keep the car. Do not buy a car from this company. It is a full time job getting them what they allegedly need for financial approval. Had I known they would harass me day and night (every day) for one more additional sheet of paper, I never would have gone within ten feet of this place!!!! Basically, they were not forthright and did not tell me when they gave me the car that I would now have to deal with constant requests for "just one more piece of paper" and threats if I didn't drop everything to get it to them. Horrible, horrible experience that I have never had through many years of buying new cars.
