I must say I had a wonderful experience at Coulter Motor Company. I requested a quote from a popular website and within 5 minutes John called me and we set a convenient time to visit. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and John did everything he could to find the vehicle that met my needs. He allowed me to test drive several models and was patient with my decision making process. He finally found a car that fit my needs and jumped through all kinds of hoops to get it here, have it detailed and full of gas waiting for me. It is truly unbelievable to me how much these salesman do beyond just selling the car. John gave me a tour of the facility, introduced me to the service personnel and then even helped me get my new car home. Really impressive. I am in finance and just wanted to buy a car at a fair price with no haggling. John did just that and was very transparent with all of the numbers. There was absolutely no "sales pitch" involved.
I met Peter in finance and he was thorough in his explanations of the various options I had but again was courteous and did not pressure me to buy anything. Again, very impressive.
I did not spend my whole day at the dealership. When the car was delivered, I was there about two hours to complete everything required to take possession of my new ride.
I drove away with a beautiful red 2013 Acadia Denali. This vehicle has so far met my expectations and if performs half as well as the dealership and people I dealt with, I'm in for a long and happy driving experience.

The only complaint I have is the hot dog vendor was gone by the time I was hungry :-)
