  • Checkin: The worst "welcome" I have ever received. It was more of a "kickout" rather than a "welcome". No greeting and no smiles. I was asked weird questions, condescending manner from the lady at the front desk. Breakfast: non existent! Room: tight, depressing, crammed. I was promised something over the phone. Promise not fulfilled. It was a small thing, but it showed me how much they cared for their guests. Not at all, obviously. Bathroom: Reasonable. Checkout: was good, a friendly male employee at the front desk.
