  • I got a blowout yesterday evening, and the result was great. Clearly, the girl who did my hair knew what she was doing. My hair looked much bouncier and healthier than prior to coming in. However, the stylist made no attempts to engage, kept talking to her coworker and referring to me as "the client", and was more worried about the VIP party upstairs than anything. I felt that, by being a customer while there was a party with "potential millionaire clients" upstairs, I was burdening them by having my appointment. The whole situation really bizarre - the two stylists in the salon were swapping clothes to go to the party, and my stylist even went to give her leggings to her coworker in the middle of doing my hair. Totally unprofessional, and I felt very unwelcome. I would only recommend a friend to this salon if she was short on cash (cheap groupon deal and happy hour pricing).
