  • I go to Wetzel Pretzel all the the time and I have a punch card where you have to buy a certain amount of pretzels then you get a free one. I had all of them punched and went to claim my free pretzel. When I gave the cashier my punchcard, she looked at me and said we don't do punchcards anymore I can't take this. She was being very sassy and rude when I only wanted some pretzels. I didn't appreciate her tone when talking to me and I thought this was very weird because I am a frequent costumer.
