  • This guy doesn't just have a poor attitude... he's downright rude. I asked him to look at helping me fix a leather bag that needs a d-ring reattached and riveted. His response was that "IF he decided he wanted to do it, he would charge $35." Then he turned around, went into the back room, and closed the door... without even giving me a chance to respond!! That's NOT being gruff or short. Thats just plain RUDE.
