  • This review is for the spa. The hotel grounds are beautiful, walking to the spa all looks well. Front desk staff checking in was on point, friendly and efficient. Salads we ordered while on outdoor pool deck earned the star, there were okay. Unfortunately that's where it ends. I only bought a spa day pass to relax and use the women's facilities - the are so under par. From check-in inside the woman's side I could see it was underwhelming with crowded locker area. The women's sauna was closed and out of order. The waterfall showers were closed and "under repair" (for an extended while I was told). Bathroom area was unkept - toilet paper on the floor, and dirty stalls. Used towel bins were close to full - piling up. The indoor pool area is just gross - mold in tiles, dirty yellowish water in hot tub (smells). Stains on the chairs - old and look used. Molded grout, hair in showers. The shampoo/soap containers weren't labeled - wild guess when using. Outdoor pool area needs cleaning - barely any customer attention, no one cleaning up or checking on guests. Foamy hot tub - not clean. I am a local - will NEVER come back or refer company to this spa, others in area much better. We both have sinus irritation and cough this evening. Waste of money.
