  • This was so much fun! I went on the VIP Club Crawl. I booked the day before (but it was apparently a slow week in Vegas). My partner and I actually had a hard time finding the group at first, since we assumed we were to wait outside the PBR meet-up spot and it took a few attempts to call Nathan. Also, I think they weren't letting people in since there was a sports event going on. Our trip went to PBR, Tao, Light and Chateau, starting off in PBR and ending Chateau. Our trip consisted of a mix of college students and some middle-aged couples. Everyone was pretty fun and respectable and friendly. Personally, I'm not a fan of PBR or Chateau, but aside from PBR these vary per tour. But we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get into any club, even when lines were looking super long for everyone else. If you're looking for a fun, convenient and cheap way to party, I recommend this! It was also cheaper by far than going to all these clubs on your own, especially if there's a Yelp coupon or Groupon for MaxVegas. Consider: ~$20/club for entry (from what I saw online), anywhere from ~$8-$17 per drink (let's say average $10, one at each club if you don't pregame) and probably cabs or ubers to get from club to club.... You're well over the $99 MaxVegas tour, not to mention all the time you'll spend waiting in line or for cabs! Plus, at least in my experience, with groups, there usually has to be one person who tries to organize everything and get everyone to go to/meet up at the same places, and either does it successfully with at least one person calling them bossy, or doesn't do it successfully, with someone spending the whole night worried about the rest of the group. Not with MaxVegas--let someone else tell everyone where to go and when, and get as drunk (or not) as you want ;) Finally, the tour bus--it's HUGE and nice! It was super clean, with lots of seating, colorful lights and cupholders and even a pole in the back for those of you wanting to show off some moves. And tons of free alcohol--everyone associated with MaxVegas made sure we were all well quenched. Sure, it might not be the highest quality stuff, but it's not like you're on a vodka-tasting tour. This tour is so much fun and whenever I get the chance to go back, this will definitely be on my list. My experience definitely had a lot of the college kids, but there were older couples on our tour and everyone got along and had fun. And anyway, focus on who you're with, if you go with anyone, or making new friends, and you'll have fun. My one complaint, and it's so minor---there's just not enough time at all the clubs! We spent only 45 minutes at Light, maybe an hour at Tao--we did spend a long time at PBR, but that's dependent on anyone who's late, and how fast everyone finishes their drinks.
