  • I needed a quick wash before going to a family event an this place did not seem very busy so I decided to give it a try. Was impressed with the greeter and decided to upgrade to a hand wax. Wash was ok but the wax upgrade wasn't worth the extra cost, basically was just a wipe down of the truck body. Then next morning I reach for my leatherman tool that I have kept in the door storage pocket for the last 2 years and it was gone. Called the next day just to inform them of it being missing and just kept getting put on hold. Probably ok for their quick express wash but I will not be trusting them when my vehicle is out of sight in the future. Granted, it is probably just one bad apple working there but wasn't going to demand or ask for anything, just wanted the management to know but disappointed in just getting the runaround in trying to hopefully help their business fix/prevent future issues. Won't be back.
