  • I cannot stand these apartments and feel like I have fallen for the facade that is Tamarron. Since our move in date we have had nothing, but issues. A moment of silence while I list EVERYTHING that we have encountered in our 1st month and a half of living here. 1) On the day of our move in we killed at least 1 roach in every room of our new 2bed 2bath apartment (2 in some rooms), wrote it down on our move in sheet... told by the office our unit had just been sprayed and that it may take a few days to be effective... okie dokie 2) We had a Leak from our ceiling in our Guest Bathroom our 4th day in... ooooook, we put a work order in, fixed in a a days time 3) Week 2 Roach issues still an issue (Mind you I have 2 kids and a toddler in our home, imagine my frustration when you keep killing them on their beds or their pillows) 4) A/C unit goes out around 6pm on the 3rd week (Temp is 114 that day), called emergency maintenance, maintenance man does some testing, finds out it's a blown condensor (Think that' the right way to spell it) Gives us a window unit for ONE room (for 5 of us I might remind you) and promises that they will be back the following day before noon because he needed a different part (in case you wanted to know how the night went with NO A/C in a "luxury" Apartment in Phoenix, AZ its was MISERABLE). Next day maintenance guy comes back to inform us that we will have to wait because the A/C to our unit was not up to code and due to "gov't regulations" there was nothing he could do about it and a third party would need to inspect/work on it and they wouldn't be out until the following day. We explain this is unacceptable to the maintenance guy and that we have kids in this unit and that the apartment is unlivable. His response, "Blame the gov't". I call the front office and explain to Rachel this is unacceptable and these are hazardous conditions and how unhappy our 1st month's stay has been, she initially tells me that that it is summer and the HVAC techs are busy and that they tried to flex their "power" (They are a large account she tells me) with the HVAC company they normally use and yet they are still unable to come out until the next day! Keep all of the kids in one room she says!?!? Trust her she says??? Trust you, I don't know you and our living experience has been FAR from luxury and it's ONLY been the FIRST month. It wasn't until I requested her superiors contact info that she tells me they will let us use another window unit in our apartment (interesting why wasn't this offered before) After she provides me the info and a half hour later, she calls to let me know that she contacted another property to get another vendor they use for HVAC.... Go figure?? After all of that, A/C gets fixed.... ooooooooooooo freakin k 5) Noticing a trend of the maintenance Golf cart parking in my parking spot on a regular ..With ALL of the OPEN parking spots, one word... WHY!?!?!? 6)Alas... Roach issue WTF?!?! Still ongoing apparently. Had to add our unit to be sprayed yet AGAIN... Give it a few days they said. WE'VE. BEEN. HERE. ONE. MONTH. 7) We make it a habit to visit the pool once a weekend (Let's be honest, it's the best selling point this place has) oddly enough for some twilight zone reason this last weekend a Security Guard (Supposedly this Complex has contracted a Security Company who you NEVER see until...BAM) comes into the Pool Area and asks everyone in the area for their pool passes?? We have no idea what pool pass he's asking us for, but we show him the pool key... you know that thing that unlocks the gate to the pool and tells us he needs to escort us out because we don't have the pool "pass"..... WOW!!!!!!! 8) ROACHES!!!! This place is Ridiculous. If I could get out of this lease unscathed I would do so in a heartbeat... We thought we signed a year contract for a luxurious apartment and it's proven itself to be a residency in HELL. Future Residents BEWARE!!! Go some place else and save yourself the misery.
