  • I wish yelp would allow us no stars, Westjet does not deserve any stars! SUCH POOR SERVICE! Flight delayed due to late attendant which caused us to fly into a bad storm in Toronto. During the descent we were changed to Ottawa. More delay. Final arrival in Toronto with NO ASSISTANCE when we deplaned. No staff were present to guide us. Many were forced to stay overnight and fly out on Sunday on fully booked flights with nasty layovers. My thanks to the pilot but my suggestion is to avoid this airline until they can hire some staff and then teach those staff customer service! West Jet adds to the horror stories of the traveler while the airline industry thrives.
