  • I went to the South Hills location with all intentions of purchasing a Rogue. First of all, the price on-line was less then the sticker price but they refused to honor it. Then they offered me 1,000 less then what their Hyundai dealership down the street offered me for my trade. They did not believe me when I told them and asked me to produce the email to prove it. I could not find the email right away so they insinuated I was being dishonest. Now mind you we are talking $1000.00 here. They refused to believe me and sent me on my way. The Sales Manager, Brett, said he called down to their Hyundai dealership and said they never offered me the amount I had said. I was able to find the email before I drove away and went back to show Brett who was anything but apologetic. At that point, they said okay but I was so humiliated I walked out. The showroom had people in it when they told me I was lying about the 1,000 and felt pretty embarrassed. I guess they feel they are so big they don't feel the need to treat people with respect.
