  • While the staff and doctor there were great the billing department is a nightmare. I had two surgeries there in 2016 and both times the billing department billed my insurance company saying that the surgery had been done at The Tatum medical imaging facility. The Hospital is in network on my insurance but the Tatum Medical Imaging Facility is out of network. I can see one time as a mistake but twice leads me to believe that they purposely incorrectly bill because they get more money on an out of network claim. The first time was fairly easy to get corrected but the second time I am still fighting with their billing department almost a year later. My insurance company has called to try and get it cleared up but the billing department continues to try and collect as if it was an out of network claim. If you have any other option I would stay away from here.
