We recently attended this venue for a fund-raising dinner and auction. We were blown away by the views of the lake and the overall elegance of the inside. We were fortunate enough to park within the structure which only turned out to be five dollars.
I have two gripes about this place. First of all the food selection and drink selection was bordering sad. The selection of appetizers were cheeses and vegetables which did not appear to coincide with the elegant surroundings. For dinner we had stuffed chicken and vegetables again all of which were flavorless and dry. My wife had gnocchi and asparagus and it was literally given five pieces of gnocchi and for stems of asparagus. For dessert we had a cupcake which was also a disappointment.
The other gripe is with the location of the bathrooms. They are located on opposite ends of the ballroom making it a significant hike to make your way for bathroom breaks between speakers.
Overall very elegant interior with spectacular views of the lake but the food selection was a disappointment and the eight dollar glasses of wine were upsetting.
