  • Service department is discouraging. Have taken my jeep in a few times for repairs I couldn't do at home. On each occasion the service guys try to up-sell me for 2-3 times the cost of needed work, which I usually just apathetically decline. On the most recent occasion, I can only assume I was flat-out lied to, and that was upsetting. As a person knowledgeable of auto repair, it's really hard to find an honest shop. My experience here has convinced me I need to keep looking.
