  • Let's face it folks, NOBODY goes to Ritos for the ambience or the warm fuzzy customer service. We know it, and Ritos knows it. They are in the business of GREAT. Mexican food. We know it and THEY definitely know it. Will you feel like a number and know that they probably don't care if you ever eat there again? Yep. Will I continue going back because it's no nonsense and I'm really there for the food, not the hugs and kisses? YEP! If you are new to Ritos, know what you are there for before you go, this is overall an assembly line order, pay and pick up, and get out so the line out the door can move inside a bit more. No frills, no inside seating, (who eats outside in 110 degree weather? Some do) plan on order and take.. Enjoy your delicious food in the setting of your choice, it just won't be inside of Ritos.
