Beware this is a hack shop that I wouldnt trust to work on my lawnmower.
This company put the wrong oil in my Hemi Challenger RT, which destroyed the oil pressure sensor and caused a failed emmissions test. When I took the car back to the shop I spoke to the manger George. He told me his oil tech would "never make a mistake". I showed him the test results from a large and reputible auto repair shop that i took the car to following the failed emissions test. It showed an error codes for incorrect oil and a failed oil pressure sensor. This didnt change George's mind. Then i showed him the oil change window sticker (still stuck to the window) that they wrote 5w30 as the oil type that was used (recomended oil is 5w20). George continued to insist that his oil tech would never make a mistake. George, obviously was unable to process the fact that if the car had 5w20 oil in it, then his tech made a mistake when they wrote the tag or else the tech made a mistake with the oil that was used. In either case, his tech made a
mistake. George was unable to process this simple logic.
This matter has now been turned over to my attorney. I refuse to be pushed around by a business that tells me they "never make a mistake", despite the rock solid evidence to the contrary. I hope my lawyer cant resolve this and I get to take these sorry people to court and teach them a lesson!!!!
