  • I purchased an older used automobile last year (2003), and unfortunately the engine failed within 8 months of purchase. The team at Shadyside Honda could not have been more respnsive attentive, and understanding. Rocco, Rich and Charles are as good as it gets with customer service. Rich offered me several good options to resolve my problem, and I left extremely satisfied with the result. The automobile business is not necessarily known for Honesty and straight forwardness but these guys exemplify those qualities. You can purchase an automobile from here with confidence!
