  • Absolutely appalled with this place. They do not care about their customers, all they care about is money. After being a customer for 6 years they treated me horribly when it came time to cancel my membership. They make you jump through hoops just to cancel and act very defensive when you ask to cancel in the first place. I have used my membership maybe 4 months out of the last 12 because it is no longer convienent for me to get there, I wanted to cancel a month or so ago and I waited because they said if I didn't complete my 2 year contract, even though I've been a member for 6 years, that I would have to pay for the next 60 days. So I waited thinking hey I might still go here and there, and when I finally went to cancel they told me I still have to pay for the next 30 days because it's in my contract. Totally ridiculous! When asked for the owners information they refused to give it to me. And then they accused me of not going to pay my last month even though I told her I was. They even wrote on my termination form that if I didn't pay the last month that it was going to go to collections. Really??? Absolutely rude. I do not recommend ever going there unless you want a ball and chain strapped to your ankle.
