So... my TV got damaged in a power surge, i had my wife call around and he seemed to be one of the only places willing to work on a pioneer plasma... he asked her model numbers and the number of light flashes when it tried to power on.... said based on that info he was pretty sure what had to be done because he was currently doing one that had the same symptoms.
he said he would call back in a few days to set up an appointment to come out the next week.
well... we never heard back... we called him again... left messages.. never heard back... left more messages...didnt call back. finally we got a person to answer the phone again, he said he would be in our area on Wednesday (this was a couple months back) and would be in touch... never heard anything again and we called another company who was recommended to us and handled us promptly and did a great job.
Ben doesn't care about his customers, he must be to busy to take on more work. maybe he is buried with a contract from a big retailer/manufacturer or something.... no idea how he would stay in business otherwise treating customer how he treated us....
i strongly suggest looking around more.
