Bad customer service, unfriendly staff
I went to CPR Mayfield to see if they're able to help me with my phones. I have two of the exact same phones, the screen is shattered on one, the other won't charge. I told the employee the issues and showed him the phones. He then proceeded to ask me "How much does one of these costs?" I told him $200, he then said it'll cost him that much to fix it. With the attitude like "lady, don't waste my time, just go buy a new phone" What if I want to get my phone fixed because I want to retrieve whatever data/info I have stored on the broken phone?! The way he talked to me made me feel talked down to. I said "Never mind then" and walked out. I'm never coming back to this specific CPR again!
P.S.
I was initially gonna go to the Mentor location and I called first and talked to Nick and he was very pleasant!
