  • Vladmir and Nicolai are the best! I called them regarding my 10 year old Kitchenaid Architech Series refrigerator, which was beeping intermittently, and the freezer/fridge temperatures were registering very high. I could not adjust them down. Nothing I tried worked. Nicolai arrived within 4 hours of my phone call, and knew exactly what the problem was. I was fearful that it was the control board, which I had read online was no longer available. Sure enough, that was the problem. But Nicolai took the board out, drove all the way to Mesa and back, and returned with another board and got the fridge running again. I don't know if it is an OEM board or a refurbished board, and it wasn't cheap, but it was a LOT cheaper than buying a new fridge! Fingers crossed that the repair will hold. If it doesn't, then a new fridge it is. I cannot say enough about the service, the service call and labor charge were beyond fair, the board was the major expense of the bill. I was leery of all the 5 star reviews because, let's be real, NOBODY is that good. Well folks, these guys are THAT good! My Kitchenaid Architech dual fuel range is also acting up and I have already arranged with Vladmir to send a tech out to look at it. No hesitation. Use these guys, you won't be disappointed!
