  • I had a great experience at Bigs. Our sales person was Ty. He was good without being pushy. You could tell the sales people supported each other and helped each other out. We were able to negotiate a little off the couch we bought, which made me feel good about the sale. I also bought a lamp and two folding couch tables. I had never seen folding tables (kind of like tv trays that tuck under the couch and fold out to be bigger) like that anywhere else. I had a horrible experience at Ashley last year so I was glad to have a positive experience at a furniture store. I also really liked their warranty and bought that. I also scheduled for delivery. They called to confirm the date and time and showed up during the window. The guys put everything together and we're very professional. Honestly I couldn't ask for much more. Thank you Ty and Bigs!
