  • Bad experience! Had to find a new dentist and I made the mistake of going to AZ Smiles Dental. My first appointment took almost 2 hours where three separate individuals poked and prodded and told me about all my problems and the thousands of dollars that I would have to spend. How fun! I decided to at least let them clean my teeth and today I just had only half of my mouth cleaned for $273 - my portion after my dental insurance. Who the hell pays nearly $600 to get their teeth cleaned??? I haven't been homeless since my last appointment - maybe more than a year ago was my last cleaning --- so what gives??? They still have my name spelled incorrectly, so I'm sure that I will have future battles with my insurance so that I don't have to pay the total amount. Seriously considering not returning to have the second half of my mouth cleaned because I'm so irritated and now poor.
