Home Depot has now lost a customer who has spent thousands of dollars in merchandise because they could not return an item. If I remember clearly, the hose nozzle I bought cost $24.00. I later tried to return it because the hose nozzle broke. Their customer service was horrible and insisted that they did not carry the hose that I bought so I could return it. I clearly remember buying it and I hate being taken for a fool. Never again will I step in a Home Depot.
That's the reason why huge companies go bankrupt; their employees don't care about customers. We "the customers" make your paycheck. It's that simple.
