Called Pink Taco to complain and they referred me to the Hard Rock Hotel management. I called and spoke to a manager who apologized but he tried to cover for the server saying that he was splitting up a ticket for a party of ten customers. I could have responded by saying that was not a satisfactory explanation since the same server walked past is 4 times and didn't say a word or asked someone else to cover his table. Still a weak response to a valid complaint.
